DESCRIPTION

The Rabotti TEC201 EVOLUTION represents the latest evolution in Common Rail test benches, designed for precise testing and diagnostics of high-pressure injectors and pumps.

Since 2020, this bench has undergone significant updates that have increased its capabilities and simplified its use. The TEC201 EVOLUTION is equipped with completely redesigned electronics and software that extend its diagnostic capabilities without the need for external devices such as Coder, QrCoder, and IIC Coder. This makes the system more autonomous and reduces the number of auxiliary components required for operation.

Thanks to these updates, the TEC201 EVOLUTION can perform a number of new operations essential for the management of modern Common Rail injectors. These include IMA coding for Bosch solenoid injectors used in both passenger cars and industrial applications. This includes 6- and 10-character IMA coding for Bosch industrial solenoid injectors and 7- and 10-character ISA coding for Bosch piezoelectric injectors.

The bench also supports testing of Bosch dual coil injectors known as CRIN4.2 and C2I, C3I, and C4I coding for Delphi injectors of the DFI1, DFI1.5, and DFI1.20 series. In addition, the bench supports 16-, 22-, 24-, and 30-character coding for Denso injectors and internal sensor verification for Denso i-ART models. For VDO injectors, it supports 6-character encoding. The test functionality also includes verification of the NTC temperature sensor in Denso pumps, a critical component for system thermal management.

In terms of technical specifications, the TEC201 EVOLUTION has a tank size of 1100 × 540 × 270 mm and a console size of 600 × 490 × 1050 mm, with weights of 50 kg and 100 kg respectively. It can operate with a flow rate range between 1 and 4000 cm³/min and can reach a working pressure of up to 2500 Bar. The bench requires an electrical supply of 230 V at a frequency of 50/60 Hz, adapted to the common power supply.
