3. Can I pay for the goods upon receipt or in installments?
No, The Ultimate Tooling requires payment in advance before shipment. Payment in installments is only possible if an initial deposit is agreed upon, with the final balance to be completed before the goods are shipped anyway.
The Ultimate Tooling does not offer financing solutions; therefore, we recommend contacting your bank for possible financing options.
4. What are foreign exchange transactions and how do they work?
Foreign currency transactions involve payment in a currency other than that of the seller’s country, which may incur conversion costs and varying exchange rates, depending on the terms of the customer’s bank.
The Ultimate Tooling only accepts payment in Euros, unless otherwise agreed. The customer’s bank will make the conversion from the local currency to Euro according to its own conditions.
5. What happens if the amount received is less than the amount indicated in the bidding process?
If the amount received is less than the amount stated in the offer, the customer must pay the difference.
Otherwise, The Ultimate Tooling reserves the right to cancel the order or make partial delivery of the goods.
1. What warranty is offered on new and used products?
New products are generally covered by a 12-month warranty, as required by European machine tool legislation.
Used products, again under European machine tool legislation, are not covered by warranty, unless otherwise agreed upon in negotiations.
2. What guarantees are offered for machine tools and what do they cover?
Warranties for machine tools cover manufacturing defects, mechanical, electronic or software failures, for a period specified in the sales contract. It is important to read the terms of the warranty to understand what is included and any limitations.

4. How does the warranty application process work and what happens in case of transfer?
