DESCRIPTION

The used MAGIDO L210 is an industrial cabinet parts washer designed for single-stage hot spray cleaning using biodegradable water-based detergents. Entirely manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and long service life even under intensive operating cycles. This robust construction makes the machine a reliable investment, even on the used equipment market.

The cleaning process is based on a motor-driven rotating basket that turns around its vertical axis. Components are loaded into a 1500 × 1500 mm basket with a maximum load capacity of 700 kg, where they are thoroughly cleaned by a washing pump delivering 550 l/min at 4.5 bar. The single-bath, single-stage washing cycle reduces processing times while simplifying detergent bath management.

With a useful internal height of 1000 mm, this industrial parts washer is suitable for cleaning large and heavy mechanical components such as engine blocks, cylinder heads, gearboxes, reduction units, pump housings and hydraulic components.
