DESCRIPTION
The HON 200 is a used vertical honing machine designed for cylinder honing after boring, ideal for engine rebuilding and repair workshops.
The mechanical transmission system ensures precise and vibration-free rotary and oscillating movements, guaranteeing excellent results even on blind bores. Compared to hydraulic systems, it offers greater reliability, longer service life, and lower maintenance requirements.
Thanks to the micrometric expansion device of the abrasive stones, it is possible to adjust the diameter during machining without interrupting the cycle. Furthermore, the oscillating motion can be excluded to correct any flaring.
The honing head, with bayonet coupling, is easy to install and allows for quick centering on the cylinder. The structural components are made of high-strength cast iron, with case-hardened and ground steel gears.
