DESCRIPTION
The MIRA HM 2000 is a multi-functional, comprehensive, and versatile work center designed to meet the needs of modern engine head rebuilders. This advanced tool allows virtually any type of engine head to be secured in a few seconds, thanks to a universal clamping system that ensures speed and precision.
Constructed of high-strength sheet steel, the workbench is rugged and durable. It supports engine heads up to 800 mm in length and allows the head support to rotate up to 300°. The new plate lift and lock system allows for smoother and faster movement, making the machining process easier. The 25 mm thick support and locking plate uses a quick-lock system that allows the head to be locked in place in seconds. The parallel supports for the head rest on roller bearings, ensuring stability and precision in the positioning of the engine head.
The Variodrive system allows variable spindle rotation from 0 to 270 RPM, so that the speed can be adapted to specific machining requirements. Integrated into the table, this motorized system facilitates milling and other mechanical operations. An integrated electric vacuum gauge, the Multivac, allows valve seal testing with a maximum vacuum of 0.875 bar and is supplied with five Multivac adapters of various diameters.
The MIRA HM 2000 kit includes the VGX-21 valve seat milling machine, a tool setting gauge, a tool holder head for a working range of 21 to 45 mm, a set of service wrenches, and a tool catalog. Everything is organized in a convenient wooden accessory storage box.
The MIRA HM 2000 EVO represents a modern and highly efficient solution for the needs of engine head reconditioning, integrating advanced technical solutions that increase precision and working speed, responding to the continuous evolution of engine heads and the need to upgrade working tools.
