VACUCHECK 90 – Air-Vacuumm Checker for Valve and Valve Seat Coupling Test
The VACUCHECK 90 is an air device that is extremely practical and fast for the tightness control in the coupling between valve and valve seat, in the cylinder heads.
DESCRIPTION
The depression effect generated by the VACUCHECK 90 allows you to test and measure the combined seal between valves and valve seats, before and after the reconditioning operations.
The characteristics of practicality and versatility allow to carry out leak diagnosis directly on the vehicle, with the manifolds removed.
It is also very useful in those phases with parts operating in depression such as carburetors, ignition systems, automatic transmission systems, etc.
The VACUCHECK 90 uses the depression principle obtained for the Venturi effect that is generated, reaching a maximum vacuum value of about 0.85 Bar, with a supply pressure varying from 5 to 8 Bar.
This allows the VACUCHECK 90 to quickly detect and measure even the smallest leakage loss values.
The quick couplings between the device and the pads, the convenient spiral extension and the immediate reading of the seal values on the pressure gauge, make VACUCHECK 90 a practical and easy-to-use tool.
The VACUCHECK 90 also does not require any type of maintenance, except for the occasional washing of the protection filters.
