Surely we will not start this article with the predictable phrase that is often read in all corporate blogs at the end of the year:
“It has been an intense but satisfying year”
2020 a hard year
We must admit it, 2020 has been a dramatic, difficult, hard, stressful and tiring year for us at The Ultimate Tooling, for Italy and for the whole world.
We found ourselves out of the blue in the grip of a microscopic enemy who forced us into our homes, that has radically changed our habits, that has limited our human and working relationships and that has suddenly blocked all the world’s population.
World economies have collapsed, the Tokyo Olympics postponed, intercontinental flights and transport cancelled, events of any kind suspended. All because of this invisible virus that in a few months has paralyzed the planet.
The year 2020 will unfortunately be remembered for the Covid-19, for the masks, for the lockdowns, for the infections and the numerous deaths that it has brought.
We won’t forget 2020, we don’t want to forget it, but we want to move forward.
Let’s look forward
We want to look back to 2021 with due optimism, with the strength and hope that scientific research and medicine can finally find the necessary cures to defeat this virus that has disrupted our daily lives.
We want to be able to resume our work routine.
We want to meet again at fairs and greet each other with a handshake.
We want to take off our masks and see our smiling faces again.
We want to hug and kiss like we did before.
We want to go back to our lives.
The Ultimate Tooling wishes you Merry Christmas and Happy 2021
We have decided to make this dutiful introduction about the year that has just passed, without forgetting what 2020 has meant for the whole world.
The Ultimate Tooling wants to wish all its customers, suppliers, friends and fans to celebrate Christmas in the company of their loved ones, with the hope that 2021 will finally bring health and serenity to all of us.
Merry Christmas and Happy 2021 from The Ultimate Tooling
