DESCRIPTION
The TREGO 52-820 lower cylinder liner reconditioning tool is a professional-grade device specifically designed to restore the lower cylinder liner seats in Scania engines equipped with standing sleeves.
When an engine overheats, the lower liner guides can become deformed and lose their roundness, making it difficult or impossible to install new liners correctly.
The TREGO 52-820 allows for reconditioning of the internal geometry of the guide, restoring it to original tolerances without altering its depth or length.
Made of treated steel, the tool ensures precision, durability and wear resistance.
It comes with two interchangeable tool heads, for 139 mm and 140 mm diameters, to fit different Scania block versions. The corresponding Scania part number is PN 588866.
