PEG SP 16R – Valve Shim Grinding Machine
The PEG SP 16R is a small resurfacing machine with grinding wheel for thinning and grinding the valve plates of the distribution valves.
DESCRIPTION
The parts to be rectified are firmly fixed on the fixed pole magnetic work surface. The flattening operation takes place by means of a grinding wheel with a diameter of Ø 100 mm, and the centesimal graduated vernier allows an accurate adjustment of the depth of cut.
The PEG SP 16R is also equipped with a practical hydraulic pump for the circulation of the grinding liquid, and a collection tank with frontal extraction.
The Start/Stop wheel rotation and Start/Stop hydraulic pump commands are arranged on a comfortable touch screen panel, together with a practical display that indicates the digital reading of the depth of cut.
The PEG SP 16R was born as a grinding machine for the plates of the engine valves. The characteristics of compactness, versatility, ease of use, and extreme precision make it an ideal machine in all those fields of mechanical micro-machining where extreme grinding precision is required.
