DESCRIPTION

The SERDI MICRO MAGNET Used Form Tool Valve Seat Machine is a compact and robust solution designed for precise valve seat cutting operations on cylinder heads, particularly suited to small-diameter applications such as those found in motorcycles and small automotive engines. This workstation combines high-precision machining capability with user-friendly features, making it an excellent choice for specialized engine rebuilding and repair workshops.

At the heart of the machine is SERDI’s dual-plane and spherical air cushion centering system, which guarantees perfect concentricity during multi-angle valve seat cutting. The spindle allows for an 8-degree tilt, making it possible to work on canted or compound-angle valves without compromising accuracy. Thanks to its magnetic clamping system, the cylinder head is held directly on a central steel plate, simplifying setup and ensuring maximum stability during machining.

Despite its compact size, the MICRO MAGNET offers a wide machining range from 16 mm to 50 mm in diameter, covering most small to medium-sized valve seats. The machine features a precision Vernier depth control with 15 mm total travel in increments of 0.02 mm, allowing for consistent and repeatable cutting depth adjustments.

The heavy-duty construction, provides the rigidity required for clean and accurate machining, while its ergonomic layout and intuitive tool setup make it suitable even for workshops with lower production volumes.
