DESCRIPTION

The COMEC RTV530 is a grinding machine specially designed for the machining of engine flywheels and clutch pressure plates, characterized by high precision and robustness. It is capable of machining components with a maximum diameter of 510 mm, thanks to a 390 mm diameter table and a maximum distance of 175 mm between the table and the grinding wheel.

This machine is constructed with a very sturdy base and column to ensure stability and precision during grinding operations. The rotary table, with a rotation speed of 16 rpm, supports components of various sizes while maintaining precise machining.

The conical grinding wheel, with a diameter of 150 mm and a rotation speed of 2800 rpm, is specially designed for working on cast iron and guarantees precisely ground surfaces. The RTV530’s integrated cooling system is highly efficient, equipped with a pump and an easy-to-clean sedimentation tank, ensuring optimal temperature control during the grinding process, preventing thermal deformation and ensuring long wheel life.
