DESCRIPTION
The PEG RV2000 Valve Grinder represents a significant advancement in the engine valve grinding process. Utilizing an innovative Double V working system instead of traditional pliers or chucks, this machine guarantees high precision results and remarkable ease of use.
The unique valve clamping system allows it to be used on a wide range of engines, making the RV2000 extremely versatile.
This grinder is designed to work on valves with a stem diameter from 4 to 18 mm and offers a grinding angle from 15° to 50°. The valve head can have a maximum diameter of 90 mm, while the total valve length can reach up to 400 mm.
The PEG RV2000 is equipped with a 175 x 30 mm grinding wheel that rotates at a speed of 2800 rpm. The system is powered by a 230/400V three-phase power supply with a frequency of 50 Hz, and the controls are low voltage for increased safety. The valve drive wheel operates at 14 rpm, and the machine has an integral coolant pump.
The RV2000 can easily grind the valve head with precision, improving engine efficiency. In addition, the RV2000 allows you to grind the valve base using the included universal support, ensuring that valve heights are perfectly even.
For those who need to work on very small valves, an adapter with special pliers for valves with a stem diameter of less than 4 mm and a minimum length of 95 mm is available on request.
