DESCRIPTION

The PEG 125 works according to a planetary rotation, thus ensuring the perfect alignment of the system thanks to the combination of the three grinding movements:

• Rotating movement
• Orbital movement
• Pendulum movement

The PEG 125 valve seat grinding machine is built with the utmost technical rigor in all its components, so as to reduce any possible error deriving from the coupling between the moving parts.
The grinding for PEG 125 valve seats is carried out respecting high construction standards and using very high-quality ground parts, such as the grinding spindle, the eccentric shaft and the pilot pin.
The rotating parts are carefully balanced and preloaded in order to avoid axial and radial play that can occur during the rotation of the bearings.
The set of gears with globe-shaped screws is located in the upper part of the machine which ends with the progress register of the micrometric pass.
Accurate control and testing ensure that each PEG 125 grinding machine meets the concentricity and symmetry criteria for which it was designed.
The valve seat grinding machine PEG 125 is sold in 2 different variants, the Standard and Motor Unit Only, which differ from each other in the composition of the accessories that accompany the machine.
If the Motor Unit Only version is composed exclusively of the drive unit, the Standard is instead supplied with a complete series of accessories so that it can cover a wide range of motors and satisfy the most diverse needs of the operator.
In fact, the entire kit includes a wide range of self-centering pilots, grinding wheels of various diameters and the tool for their dressing.
