The Magido HP25 and HP30 manual parts washers are part of the HP Series and are machines used in industrial environments for washing and cleaning mechanical components by means of a spray action.
DESCRIPTION
The HP series high-pressure manual parts washers, HP25 and HP30, manufactured by Magido, are designed for cleaning small and medium-sized mechanical components, ensuring high efficiency in removing impurities and machining residues. These machines operate through a high-pressure manual washing system, utilizing a foot-operated jet gun supplied by a water-based detergent solution.
This method effectively eliminates dirt, grease, and contaminants from any treated surface.
The washing process is carried out using a heated detergent solution, reaching up to 45°C, and sprayed at a pressure of 60 bar, ensuring thorough cleaning even on complex parts with intricate geometries. The entire structure of the HP parts washers is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the industrial standard chosen by Magido to provide high corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability, even in harsh working environments and exposure to aggressive substances.
The design of the HP series parts washers offers a large working area, with a useful width of 800 mm for the HP25 model and 1180 mm for the HP30 model. The depth of the operating zone varies between 600 mm and 680 mm, while the useful height remains 500 mm for both versions. The maximum load capacity is 50 kg, allowing for the handling of significantly heavy parts without compromising stability during the cleaning process.
Ergonomics and ease of use are ensured by a removable working surface, which simplifies maintenance operations and machine cleaning.
A low water level control system maintains a constant detergent solution level, preventing operational interruptions and enhancing process efficiency.
By using water-based detergents, the Magido HP25 and HP30 completely eliminate the need for aggressive chemical solvents, making the cleaning process safer for operators and environmentally friendly.
