The OMCN 200÷300 ton heavy duty hydraulic press is a versatile and robust garage equipment designed to meet the most demanding machining requirements of vehicle, trucks and bus repair shop.
Equipped with a very easy and intuitive operation process and numerous safety accessories, this press is perfect for any working environment.
The cylinder rod is manufactured from special, treated, chrome-plated steel, which guarantees strength and extreme durability life.
There is always a dual-speed hydraulic power pack with automatic switching and integrated calibration valve to adjust the force according to the work to be performed.
This intelligent solution allows the machine to be adjusted according to the needs of the different materials to be pressed.
The operation can be done easily and safely by the lever distributor and the button on the control panel, which must be operated simultaneously.
In addition, the lever-operated control valve with 3-position selection makes it possible to work with one hand free, thus providing greater convenience and safety for the operator.
The press is supplied with galvanised steel rear and side protection panels, which guarantee maximum safety during use.
The lifting of the bed is done by means of two hydraulic cylinders operated with a pump lever, making the lifting operation fast and efficient.
The 200 300-ton hydraulic press also comes complete with a milled table, which ensures a smooth and perfectly levelled table surface for precise, quality results.
