DESCRIPTION

The used COMEC RTV600 is a high-precision grinding machine designed for the reconditioning of flywheels, clutch plates, and pressure plates, particularly suitable for industrial vehicles. Despite being a used model, it retains its versatility for flat grinding operations on circular components such as disks, rings, and flanges.

Thanks to its robust construction, the used COMEC RTV600 still guarantees high torsional rigidity. The structure consists of a cast iron base and rotary table, while the column is made of hardened and ground steel. The rotary table, with a diameter of 450 mm, is equipped with slots for clamping the workpieces and rests on a ground surface covered with a film of oil. This system reduces friction and minimizes wear, extending the life of the machine and ensuring smooth and precise operation even after use.

The RTV600’s machining system includes a tapered cup wheel driven by a 4 kW motor, which remains fully functional for machining harder materials or deeper passes. In addition, the used machine retains the rapid head shift system, which facilitates adjustments and maintains high efficiency during machining.

The coolant system, equipped with a sedimentation tank, is still in excellent condition, providing optimal temperature control and improving wheel life. This system, despite previous use, continues to maintain the ideal working temperature, contributing to consistent performance and low maintenance.
