The news that has definitely marked the most this year was the definitive shutdown of a colossus of machine tools like Berco and the consequences that this event has had in the world of engine rebuilding and automotive in general.

Expositions in 2017
From an exhibition standpoint, 2017 was an important year and without being wrong to anyone, we would like to mention the 3 most important international exhibitions that have distinguished this year.
Autopromotec 2017
The season has been opened by the 27th edition of Autopromotec, a biennial event that, as usual, was held in Bologna, from 24 to 28 May 2017.
The Italian trade fair exhibition involved all major manufacturers of equipment, machinery and materials for garages, tyres and body shops.
ReMaTec 2017
Another important event of 2017 has also been the ReMaTec in the Netherlands, which took place on 18-19-20 June at the RAI in Amsterdam, discussed in this article.
The fair is being presented as one of the most important events at European level for the engine repair and reconstruction experts in the automotive and industrial market.
PRI – Performance Racing Industry 2017
To round off the trade fair year, we must not forget the 30th anniversary of the PRI – Performance Racing Industry held in Indianapolis on 7-8-9 December 2017.
Every year, the city of the famous 500 miles is home to the reference trade fair for the United States motor market.
There are many visitors and insiders from the motorsport and sports racing industry who come to the PRI from all over the American continent.
